# Notion templates

> Copy the Ravenna user handbook into your own Notion workspace and adapt it to your channels, forms, and entry points.

The same handbook as a Notion page you can duplicate, edit, and share internally. Use this if your company documentation lives in Notion rather than in a Slack canvas or a Google Doc.

## Pick a template

  <Card title="Simple edition" icon="file-lines" href="https://ravenna.notion.site/user-handbook-simple-edition">
    Clean and straightforward. The safe default, and the one to pick if the handbook needs to survive being forwarded to your CFO.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Quirky edition" icon="sparkles" href="https://ravenna.notion.site/user-handbook-quirky-edition">
    Same content, more personality. Works well where the company voice is already informal.
  </Card>

## Make it yours

  <Step title="Duplicate the template">
    Click **Duplicate** in the top right of the Notion page to copy it into your own workspace.

    </Frame>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Fill in your specifics">
    Replace the placeholder text with your real channel names, your Portal link, your support email address, and the teams people can actually file with.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Cut the entry points you have not launched">
    The templates assume Slack. Add the [Portal](/guides/playbooks/launch-the-portal) link if you have turned it on, name the address if you forward [email](/guides/playbooks/email-support), and if your company runs on Microsoft Teams, swap the Slack references for your connected Teams channel.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Trim to what you have configured">
    Cut the sections that do not apply yet. If no channel sends satisfaction surveys, drop that part. If nothing in your workspace needs sign-off, drop approvals. A handbook describing features people cannot find costs you trust on day one.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Share it">
    Set permissions, publish internally, and link it from your announcement and from the description of every support channel.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Tip>
  Put the link somewhere people will find it again without searching: the channel topic of every support channel, your intranet homepage, and your new-hire onboarding checklist.
