Connect BambooHR to bring employee context into Ravenna. Synced employee data enables personalized AI responses, intelligent ticket routing based on department or role, and time-off management through workflows.

## What you can do

## What data syncs

**Employee attributes:**

* Name, email, and avatar
* Job title and employment type
* Department and team membership

  Employees must have a valid work email in BambooHR to sync into Ravenna. Employees without a work email are skipped.
