Connect Microsoft Intune to look up managed device information, check compliance status, and view endpoint details for ticket requesters directly from your service desk.

Use Intune agent tools to search for managed devices by serial number, name, model, or operating system, scoped to the ticket requester. The Requester Endpoints card displays device details in the ticket sidebar for immediate visibility.
