# Cards

> View Iru-managed Apple device details for ticket requesters in the Ravenna sidebar, including hostname, model, OS version, and compliance status.

Use the Iru Requester Endpoints card to view a requester's devices directly in the ticket sidebar. When a user submits a ticket, the card displays their Iru-managed devices, giving your team immediate visibility into device details without leaving the ticket.

## Requester Endpoints

The card shows the following for each device associated with the requester:

| Field         | Description                      |
| ------------- | -------------------------------- |
| Display name  | Device name.                     |
| Platform      | Operating system family.         |
| OS version    | Operating system version number. |
| Model         | Device model.                    |
| Last seen     | Last check-in timestamp.         |
| Serial number | Device serial number.            |

## Setup
