# Cards

> View JumpCloud device details for ticket requesters in the Ravenna sidebar, including platform, OS version, model, and last check-in timestamp.

Use the JumpCloud Requester Endpoints card to view a requester's devices directly in the ticket sidebar. When a user submits a ticket, the card displays their JumpCloud devices, giving your team immediate visibility into device details without leaving the ticket.
