# Cards

> View Microsoft Entra ID profile details for ticket requesters in the Ravenna sidebar, with control over which fields are shown.

Use the Microsoft Entra ID Requester Info card to view a requester's Entra ID profile directly in the ticket sidebar. When a ticket's requester matches a synced Entra ID user, the card surfaces the job title, department, manager, and contact details your agents need to triage and act, without leaving the ticket.

## Requester profile details

The card can display any of the following Entra ID fields. You choose which ones are visible, so you can show the attributes your team actually uses and hide the rest.

By default, the card shows **Email**, **Job Title**, **Department**, **Manager**, and **Office**.

| Field | Description |
| - | - |
| Status | Account status, shown as an **Enabled** or **Disabled** badge. |
| Email | Primary email address. |
| UPN | User principal name. |
| Display Name | Display name. |
| First Name | First name. |
| Last Name | Last name. |
| Job Title | Job title. |
| Department | Department name. |
| Organization | Company name. |
| Office | Office location. |
| Manager | The user's manager in Entra ID. |
| Employee ID | Employee identifier. |
| Mobile Phone | Mobile phone number. |
| Business Phone | Business phone numbers. |
| City | City. |
| State | State or region. |
| Country | Country. |
| Street Address | Street address. |
| Postal Code | Postal code. |
| User Type | User type, such as member or guest. |
| Preferred Language | Preferred language. |
| Created | Date the account was created. |

Fields with no value in Entra ID are not shown, even if they are enabled.

## Setup

**1. Connect Microsoft Entra ID**

Follow the [Microsoft Entra ID setup guide](/integrations/microsoft-entra/setup.md) to connect your Entra ID tenant to Ravenna.

**2. Enable the card**

Go to **Settings > Organization - Cards** and enable the **Requester Info** card in the **Microsoft Entra ID** group for the workspaces that should show it.

**3. Configure visible fields**

Open the card's configuration and toggle fields under **Visible Fields**. The selection is organization-wide and applies to every ticket where the requester matches a synced Entra ID user.

## View in Entra ID

The card header includes an **Entra ID** link that opens the requester's user profile in the Microsoft Entra admin center in a new tab. You need Entra ID permissions to view that user.

## When the card appears

The card is shown on a ticket when the requester matches a user in your synced Entra ID directory. If the requester isn't in the directory, the card renders **No data found** for that ticket.

Ravenna fetches the requester's live profile from Microsoft Graph when the card loads, so values reflect Entra ID rather than the last directory sync. Card data is still cached for up to an hour. Use the card's refresh action to clear the cache and re-read it immediately.
