> View Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM device details for ticket requesters in the Ravenna sidebar, including platform, OS version, compliance, and ownership.

Use the Omnissa Requester Endpoints card to view a requester's devices directly in the ticket sidebar. When a user submits a ticket, the card displays their Workspace ONE UEM devices, giving your team immediate visibility into device status and compliance without leaving the ticket.
