# Cards

> View Rippling employment details for ticket requesters in the Ravenna sidebar, with per-workspace control over which fields are shown.

Use the Rippling Requester Info card to view a requester's employment details directly in the ticket sidebar. When a ticket's requester matches a synced Rippling worker, the card surfaces the job title, department, manager, and employment status your agents need to triage and act, without leaving the ticket.

## Requester employment details

The card can display any of the following fields. Field visibility is driven by a configuration you control per workspace, so you can show the attributes your team actually uses and hide the rest.

## View in Rippling

The card header includes a **Rippling** button that opens the requester's Rippling employee profile in a new tab. You need Rippling permissions for that employee to view the profile. The button is hidden when Ravenna has no Rippling worker ID for the requester.

## When the card appears

The card is shown on a ticket when the requester matches an employee in your synced Rippling directory. If the requester isn't in the directory, the card renders empty instead of showing stale details.

Values reflect the most recent Rippling sync, which runs every 24 hours, so a change made in Rippling today may not appear until the next sync. Card data is also cached for up to an hour: use the card's refresh action to re-read it immediately.
