How it works

The Vanta integration operates as an outbound sync:
  1. User data synchronization: Syncs your Ravenna user accounts to Vanta
  2. Authentication enrichment: Includes MFA status and authentication methods for each user
  3. Automated sync: Pushes user data to Vanta every 24 hours
  4. Compliance monitoring: Vanta uses this data for security audits and compliance reporting
This integration only pushes data from Ravenna to Vanta. Vanta does not push data back to Ravenna.

Data synced

The integration syncs the following user information:
  • Basic profile: Name, email, role
  • Authentication methods: Password, Google, SSO providers
  • MFA status: Whether MFA is enabled and which methods are enrolled (TOTP, SMS, etc.)
  • Account details: Email verification status, creation date, last login
  • Organization membership: User role and permissions
