Use the Fleet Requester Endpoints card to view a requester’s devices directly in the ticket sidebar. When a user submits a ticket, the card displays their Fleet-managed devices, giving your team immediate visibility into device health and status without leaving the ticket.

Requester Endpoints

The card shows the following for each device associated with the requester:

Field	Description
Display name	Device hostname.
Platform	Operating system family.
OS version	Operating system version number.
Last seen	Last check-in timestamp.
Status	Device online status (online, offline, or missing).
Disk encrypted	Whether disk encryption is enabled.
Memory	Total device memory in GB.

Setup

Connect Fleet

Follow the Fleet setup guide to connect your Fleet instance to Ravenna.

Enable the card

Go to Settings > Organization - Cards and activate the Fleet Requester Endpoints card.
