Use the Fleet Requester Endpoints card to view a requester’s devices directly in the ticket sidebar. When a user submits a ticket, the card displays their Fleet-managed devices, giving your team immediate visibility into device health and status without leaving the ticket.

Requester Endpoints

The card shows the following for each device associated with the requester:

Display nameDevice hostname.
PlatformOperating system family.
OS versionOperating system version number.
Last seenLast check-in timestamp.
StatusDevice online status (online, offline, or missing).
Disk encryptedWhether disk encryption is enabled.
MemoryTotal device memory in GB.

Connect Fleet

Follow the Fleet setup guide to connect your Fleet instance to Ravenna.

Enable the card

Go to Settings > Organization - Cards and activate the Fleet Requester Endpoints card.
