Sync Guru collections to power agent responses. Import verified cards by collection or folder, with automatic sync that captures new cards and edits.

What you can do

  • Import Guru cards by collection or folder
  • Reference verified, expert-reviewed knowledge in agent responses
  • Auto-sync new cards, edits, and verification updates
  • Control which cards are available through archiving

Setup

1

Select Guru as your source

When adding documents to a knowledge folder, select Guru from the available sources.
2

Provide credentials

Enter your Guru connection details:
  • User email: The email address associated with your Guru user account
  • API token: A Guru API token generated from your account settings
  • Collection or folder: The Guru collection or folder you want to import
3

Import content

All cards from your specified collection or folder are imported.

How it works

To create a Guru API token:
  1. Sign in to Guru and open your user settings.
  2. Navigate to the API Access section.
  3. Generate a new user API token.
  4. Copy the token and paste it into Ravenna alongside your user email.
Keep your API token secure. Anyone with this token can access your Guru content.
When you connect a Guru collection or folder:
  • All cards within the selected scope are imported.
  • Card titles, content, and verification metadata are preserved.
  • Folder organization is maintained inside Ravenna.
Guru’s verification status is preserved during import:
  • Verified cards are prioritized in agent retrieval.
  • Cards needing verification remain available but are flagged.
  • Verification updates from Guru sync during auto-sync.

Managing imported content

After import:
  • Remove unwanted cards from your knowledge folder.
  • Archive specific cards to exclude them from agent responses.
  • Removed or archived cards are automatically skipped during future syncs.

Auto-sync

When auto-sync is enabled, Guru content stays up-to-date:
  • New cards added to the collection or folder are automatically imported.
  • Card edits and updates sync to your knowledge base.
  • Archived or deleted cards are removed from your knowledge base.
  • Verification status changes are reflected in retrieval.
