Draft, publish, and restore agent rules
Edits to an agent rule now save as a draft, so you can work on a rule without changing what your agent does. The agent keeps running the published rule until you click Publish, and every publish becomes a version you can open and restore from the Versions panel. Edits from Copilot and the MCP server save as drafts too.Let Okta or Slack decide who is active
Pick one Okta integration or Slack workspace to decide who’s active in Ravenna. When someone is deactivated there, Ravenna deactivates them too, and brings them back when they’re active again. People an admin deactivated stay deactivated.Quality of life updates:Platform
- A new or renamed workspace can use a workspace URL another workspace in your organization used before. That URL then opens the workspace that took it.
- The parent ticket chip comes first in a ticket’s details and shows the parent’s status. The due date chip turns red once the ticket is overdue.
- Slack approval outcome messages name everyone who approved or declined, round by round when a ticket has several. Microsoft Teams cards and approval emails name the approver instead of Ravenna.
- When an approved agent tool call runs, Slack and Microsoft Teams no longer post Ticket approved ahead of the agent’s own reply.
- Approval templates that use Application Owner, Application Approver, or Group Owner resolve from the ticket’s application or group field, so they work on tickets that aren’t access requests, including approvals for agent tool calls.
- When a build needs an app your organization hasn’t connected, organization admins connect it from a card in the chat and Copilot picks the request back up once it’s connected. If the app is connected but turned off for your workspace, the card’s Enable button turns it on for that workspace.
- When Copilot plans a form, the plan lists the form’s fields, and Copilot builds the form with exactly those fields and publishes it, unless you ask to review it first.
- The Send Email action has CC and BCC fields.
- Click a workflow’s Status badge in the workflows list to activate, pause, or unpublish it without opening the workflow.
- Articles generated from tickets read as general guides and leave out ticket identifiers.
- Crawling a website whose sitemap lists pages in several languages imports only the English pages.
- Workable, Hexnode UEM, and Pleo are curated providers, and Brex can connect with OAuth.
- Set a License Count on an access level to cap how many people can hold that level, counting people who got it outside Ravenna. Once it’s full, Ravenna declines new requests and notifies the level’s owners. Each level keeps its own count, so levels don’t share one pool of seats for the application.
- The Agents dashboard shows Total Tickets, Unclassified Tickets, and Classified Tickets cards, so you can see how much of your volume has an AI Outcome.
- The Resolved Tickets card on the Tickets dashboard counts tickets resolved or closed in the date range, in any done or closed status.
- In Slack, the agent’s reply and the ticket card are one message, and approval mentions always post below it.
- Microsoft Teams copies pasted screenshots and files attached to channel posts onto the ticket, and the agent waits for them before it answers.
- Incremental Okta sync is available to everyone. Set Incremental Sync Interval to every 15 minutes so deactivations and group changes reach Ravenna between full syncs.
- The Okta integration shows Okta’s actual connection error instead of a missing-scope warning.
- Search Tickets and Search Users workflow steps with several filter groups match any group, instead of later groups overwriting earlier ones.
- Filtering the ticket list on Published includes Done and Closed tickets.
- Custom Percent of widgets that use AI Outcome divide by their own Population instead of a hidden count of tickets with an AI Outcome, so saved widgets can show different numbers. To keep the old rate, add AI Outcome to the widget’s Population.
- In a Slack DM routed to an agent, messages after the ticket is published show the agent’s name and icon instead of Ravenna’s.
- Sorting Applications by status follows Needs Setup, Configured, Available, then Archived.
- View on a ticket in inbox view opens the full ticket page.
- The agent asks Okta Identity Governance access questions directly instead of quoting the field label.
- Agent replies no longer fail on tickets with older image attachments, or when the AI model can’t read an image. Ravenna retries the request with another model provider.
- Picking Forever as an access policy’s Default Duration saves instead of showing an error.
- Analytics dashboard date pickers show and save exactly the days you picked, and a one-day custom date on a widget includes that day’s data.
- Trend charts on built-in dashboards group a one-day range, such as Today or This month on the 1st, by hour instead of drawing a single bar.
- Charts on built-in dashboards with a single value open as a pie, and a chart type you pick on a built-in chart stays after a reload.
- AI prompt workflow steps whose outputs include a list or an object run instead of failing.
- Workspace members only see Delete on channels with no tickets, and a refused deletion shows the reason.
- Copy buttons on a workflow run’s step inputs and outputs copy the value the row shows, such as a channel or person’s name, instead of its ID.
- Website crawls that take up to three hours finish syncing instead of failing after one hour.
