Use the Iru Requester Endpoints card to view a requester’s devices directly in the ticket sidebar. When a user submits a ticket, the card displays their Iru-managed devices, giving your team immediate visibility into device details without leaving the ticket.

Requester Endpoints

The card shows the following for each device associated with the requester:

Display nameDevice name.
PlatformOperating system family.
OS versionOperating system version number.
ModelDevice model.
Last seenLast check-in timestamp.
Serial numberDevice serial number.

Connect Iru

Follow the Iru setup guide to connect your Iru instance to Ravenna.

Enable the card

Go to Settings > Organization - Cards and activate the Iru Requester Endpoints card.
