How it works

  • Ravenna connects to your Workspace ONE UEM tenant with an OAuth client created in the UEM console.
  • The integration is scoped to your organization. Each organization can connect one Omnissa instance.
  • Ravenna matches devices to people by the user email address on the device record in Workspace ONE UEM.
