Personality
Every company has its own unique voice when communicating with customers and employees. Your AI assistant should reflect that same personality. That’s why Ravenna gives you the power to customize your AI agent’s personality to match your company’s style.
To get started, head over to Knowledge > Personality.
The Personality tab features intuitive controls in the main panel, with a live chat panel on the right. This setup lets you test your changes in real-time, so you can see exactly how your AI assistant will respond to your team.
Custom Prompts
Ravenna offers two types of custom prompts to help you personalize your AI assistant. The first is a general custom prompt where you can add any specific instructions you’d like. For example, if your company has a special term for employees (like Amazon’s “Amazonians”), you can incorporate that here.
The second is a dedicated greeting prompt. We added this feature because many customers wanted their AI assistant to welcome employees in a particular way. Now you can make those first interactions feel just right.
Response Configuration
Beyond prompts, you can fine-tune how your AI assistant responds in several ways.
Tone
Set the perfect tone of voice for your AI assistant. Whether you want it to be professional, friendly, or somewhere in between, you’re in control.
Length
Control how detailed your AI assistant’s responses should be. From quick and concise to thorough and detailed, you decide what works best for your team.
Emojis
Let’s be honest, who doesn’t love a well-placed emoji? You can control exactly how expressive your AI assistant should be with emojis. Just remember, with great emoji power comes great responsibility.
