Open the command launcher

Press ⌘ + K (Mac) or Ctrl + K (Windows/Linux) from anywhere in Ravenna. The launcher opens with:
  • Search input field at the top
  • Quick action buttons for common tasks
  • Search results that appear as you type

Create ticket

Shortcut: C (when command launcher is open)Opens the ticket creation modal with all standard fields and options.

Shortcut: ⇧ + ⌘ + Q (Mac) or Shift + Ctrl + Q (Windows/Linux)Opens the channel creation modal to set up a new with settings and permissions.
Shortcut: ⇧ + ⌘ + C (Mac) or Shift + Ctrl + C (Windows/Linux)Opens the workspace members page to invite new team members and manage existing ones.
Shortcut: ⇧ + ⌘ + S (Mac) or Shift + Ctrl + S (Windows/Linux)Opens the settings page for workspace and platform configuration.

Search by:
  • Ticket title, description, or content
  • Ticket number or ID

How search works

Start typing in the command launcher’s search field. Results appear instantly as you type, showing the most relevant matches across tickets, channels, and views. Navigate results:
  • ↑ ↓ arrow keys to move through results
  • Enter to open the selected result
  • Click any result with your mouse
The search ranks results by relevance, prioritizing exact matches and recently accessed items.

  • Esc - Close command launcher
  • C - Create ticket (when launcher is open)
  • ⇧ + ⌘ + Q (Mac) or Shift + Ctrl + Q (Windows/Linux) - Create channel
