Global shortcuts
These shortcuts work from anywhere in the Ravenna web app. Single-key shortcuts are disabled when you are focused on a text input.| Mac | Windows / Linux | Action |

Command launcher
Press ⌘ + K (Mac) or Ctrl + K (Windows/Linux) from anywhere in Ravenna to open the command launcher. The launcher provides search and quick actions in a single overlay.Search
Start typing in the search field to find tickets, channels, and views across your workspace. Results appear as you type. Navigate results:- ↑ ↓ arrow keys to move through results
- Enter to open the selected result
- Esc to close the launcher
Quick actions
