Use the Jamf Pro Requester Endpoints card to view a requester’s Apple devices directly in the ticket sidebar. When a user submits a ticket, the card displays their Jamf-managed devices, giving your team immediate visibility into device details without leaving the ticket.

Requester Endpoints

The card shows the following for each device associated with the requester:

Field	Description
Display name	Computer name.
Platform	Operating system (e.g., macOS).
OS version	Operating system version number.
Model	Hardware model.
Last seen	Last check-in timestamp.
Serial number	Device serial number.
FileVault	FileVault encryption status.
Storage available	Available disk storage in GB.

Setup

Connect Jamf Pro

Follow the Jamf Pro setup guide to connect your Jamf instance to Ravenna.

Enable the card

Go to Settings > Organization - Cards and activate the Jamf Pro Requester Endpoints card.
