Use the Jamf Pro Requester Endpoints card to view a requester’s Apple devices directly in the ticket sidebar. When a user submits a ticket, the card displays their Jamf-managed devices, giving your team immediate visibility into device details without leaving the ticket.

Requester Endpoints

The card shows the following for each device associated with the requester:

Display nameComputer name.
PlatformOperating system (e.g., macOS).
OS versionOperating system version number.
ModelHardware model.
Last seenLast check-in timestamp.
Serial numberDevice serial number.
FileVaultFileVault encryption status.
Storage availableAvailable disk storage in GB.

Connect Jamf Pro

Enable the card

Go to Settings > Organization - Cards and activate the Jamf Pro Requester Endpoints card.
