Use the JumpCloud Requester Endpoints card to view a requester’s devices directly in the ticket sidebar. When a user submits a ticket, the card displays their JumpCloud devices, giving your team immediate visibility into device details without leaving the ticket.

Requester Endpoints

The card shows the following for each device bound to the requester:

Display nameDevice display name or hostname.
PlatformOperating system family (macOS, Windows, Linux).
OS versionOperating system version number.
ModelDevice model or architecture.
Last seenLast check-in timestamp.
Serial numberDevice serial number.
Disk encryptedWhether disk encryption is enabled.
Agent versionInstalled JumpCloud agent version.

Connect JumpCloud

Follow the JumpCloud setup guide to connect your JumpCloud organization to Ravenna.

Enable the card

Go to Settings > Organization - Cards and activate the JumpCloud Requester Endpoints card.
