Disconnecting Slack workspaces requires assistance from our support team to prevent potential system issues.
To disconnect your Slack workspace from Ravenna, contact our support team at [email protected]. Include your organization name and Slack workspace name in your request.

Troubleshooting

Cause: Bot not invited to channel or integration disconnectedSolution:
  • Verify the bot is invited to the channel using /invite @Ravenna
  • Check integration status in Settings > Integrations
  • Contact [email protected] if the integration needs to be reconnected
Cause: Channel not connected or silent mode enabledSolution:
  • Verify the Slack channel is connected to a Ravenna Channel in Channel > Settings > Slack
  • Check if silent mode is enabled (tickets only appear in web portal or triage channel)
  • Ensure the bot is invited to the Slack channel
Cause: Slack app missing required permissionsSolution:
  • Contact [email protected] to reinstall the Slack app with proper permissions
  • Verify workspace admin approved the installation
  • Check Slack workspace settings for app restrictions
Cause: Users haven’t interacted with RavennaSolution:
  • Users must actively interact with Ravenna to be synced (create tickets, use commands, etc.)
  • Verify Sync Guest Users is enabled if trying to sync guest users
  • Check that the Slack integration is properly connected
