/invite @Ravenna - Check integration status in Settings > Integrations
- Contact [email protected] if the integration needs to be reconnected

Cause: Channel not connected or silent mode enabledSolution:
- Verify the Slack channel is connected to a Ravenna Channel in Channel > Settings > Slack
- Check if silent mode is enabled (tickets only appear in web portal or triage channel)
- Ensure the bot is invited to the Slack channel

- Verify Sync Guest Users is enabled if trying to sync guest users
