Use the Microsoft Intune Requester Endpoints card to view a requester’s managed devices directly in the ticket sidebar. When a user submits a ticket, the card displays their Intune-enrolled devices, giving your team immediate visibility into device status and compliance without leaving the ticket.

Requester Endpoints

The card shows the following for each device associated with the requester:
FieldDescription
Display nameDevice name as registered in Intune.
PlatformOperating system (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
OS versionOperating system version number.
ModelDevice model (e.g., Surface Pro 9, MacBook Air).
Last seenLast sync timestamp with Intune (relative time).
Serial numberDevice serial number.
ComplianceDevice compliance state (Compliant, Non-Compliant, In Grace Period, Unknown).

Setup

1

Connect Microsoft Intune

Follow the Microsoft Intune setup guide to connect your Intune tenant to Ravenna.
2

Enable the card

Go to Settings > Organization - Cards and activate the Requester Endpoints card for Microsoft Intune.

Limitations

  • Only shows devices where the requester is set as the primary user in Intune
  • Devices must have synced with Intune within the retention period (typically 90 days)
  • The requester must exist in your Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) tenant. Ravenna resolves the requester to an Entra user and looks up devices by that user’s Entra ID. The requester’s email and UPN do not need to match exactly.
