
Create New Tickets
Anyone can submit a new ticket from the Ravenna Home tab. Simply click on the ‘Create Ticket’ button, and you’ll be presented with modal that allows you to submit your ticket.
Personalized Ticket Views
The Home tab displays tickets that matter most to you. You can filter tickets by Workspace and View. Views include the following:- My Tickets: Tickets assigned to you
- My Approvals: Tickets awaiting your approval
- Queues: Tickets submitted to any of the Queues you have access to.
- Custom Views: Any custom views you’ve configured in Ravenna

Quick Access to Threads
Each ticket displayed in the Home tab includes a direct link to its original Slack thread. This allows you to:- Review the full conversation history
- See all related messages and context
- Continue the discussion where it started
