Confluence

Chat Panel
Once your content is imported, you can experiment with Ravenna AI in our Chat Panel. Click on Chat on the top right of the KB Documents screen to open the chat panel. You can ask Ravenna anything related to the content you have imported.
Folder Hierarchy and Structure
Ravenna makes a best effort to mirror the page hierarchy and structure from your source service. This means:- Preserved Organization: When importing from services like Notion or Confluence, the original folder and page structure is maintained in Ravenna
- Easy Navigation: Your team can navigate the knowledge base using the familiar structure from your source system
- Automatic Updates: When documents are moved or reorganized in the source service, the hierarchy is updated during the next sync
Auto Sync
Ravenna supports syncing your knowledge on a daily basis. You can turn off auto-sync for your Knowledge Folder in the “Auto-sync” section of the Details panel.
Archiving Documents
Ravenna allows you to archive documents and folders that you no longer want to be used when responding to AI queries. Archived content provides:- Selective Exclusion: Archive specific documents or entire folders to prevent them from being used in AI responses
- Preserved Structure: Archived content remains in your knowledge base for reference but won’t influence AI answers
- Cascade Archiving: When you archive a parent folder, all child documents and subfolders are automatically archived as well
- Smart Sync Behavior: During auto-sync, any new documents added to archived folders in your source system will automatically be archived in Ravenna
- Easy Recovery: Archived content can be unarchived at any time if you need to make it available to the AI again
Connect to Queues
By default, Knowledge Folders are accessible to answer questions from any channel the Ravenna AI is in. If you want this knowledge to only be accessible to Ravenna in certain channels, then turn off the “Scope to all Queues” setting and select the specific Queue you want to associate with your knowledge.
