What you can do

Setup

Select Slack as your source
When adding documents to a knowledge folder, choose Slack from the available sources.

Choose a channel
Select the Slack channel you want to import from the channel selector.

Import messages
All messages and threads from the selected channel are imported.

Requirements
You can only select one channel at a time. To import multiple channels, repeat the import process for each channel.
Managing imported content
After import:- Archive messages to exclude them from agent responses.
- Move messages between knowledge folders.
- Delete messages that are no longer needed.

Auto-sync
When auto-sync is enabled, Slack channel content stays up-to-date:- New messages posted to the channel are automatically added to your knowledge base.
- Edited messages are updated in the knowledge base.
- Deleted messages are removed from the knowledge base.
- Thread replies are captured and associated with their parent messages.
