Triage Channel Tickets

Ravenna allows you to configure whether or not you want all tickets for a Queue sent into your Triage channel.

Head to Queue > Settings and click on Slack in the left settings Nav.

Configure your desired setting in the Send all tickets to Triage Channel card.
