Welcome to Ravenna! Before you dive in, you’ll need an account. If you don’t have one yet, our team can help you get set up.

Sign In

Head over to https://app.ravennahq.com to sign in to your account.

Create your first Workspace

Ravenna is designed to support any team across your Organization. Each team can create their own Workspace. Your Workspace is where you’ll manage your team’s support requests and connect with Slack channels. When you first log in, you’ll be prompted to create one.

Pro tip: Use a clear, descriptive name for your Workspace - like “IT Operations” or “PeopleOps”. This helps everyone know exactly what this space is for.

Creating additional Workspaces

Need another Workspace? No problem! Just click the Workspace selector in the top left corner of your dashboard and choose “Create New Workspace”. You can create as many as you need for different teams or departments.

Connect Slack

Ready to connect with Slack? Click the “Connect” button and follow the authentication flow. It’s a straightforward process that will install Ravenna in your Slack workspace.

Once you complete the Slack workflow, you’re all set! Ravenna will be connected and ready to help your team.
