Setup

The Notion document selector enables precise control over which pages and sub-pages to incorporate into your knowledge base.

When selecting Notion content, the interface displays up to two levels of page hierarchy. Ravenna automatically imports all sub-pages beneath your selected parent pages to ensure comprehensive knowledge capture.

Important: Pages not explicitly selected in the document picker will not be imported. Be sure to select all relevant parent pages during the import process.

Any unwanted pages can be removed post-import, and Ravenna intelligently excludes these from future synchronization processes.
